Transformational breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious, connected breathingto promote emotional release, mental clarity, and deep relaxation.
Through specific breathingpatterns, this practice activates the body’s natural ability to process stress, trauma, and emotional blockages, helping you return to a state of balance and well-being.
The Free Spirit Healing approach draws inspiration from leading breathwork traditions and teachers while honoring each individual's unique journey.
This method is structured yet intuitive, supporting deep self-exploration, healing, and transformation through the breath.
In a session, you will be guided through a continuous, open-mouthed breathing technique while in a comfortable position.
This practice:
❤️ Oxygenates the body, increasing energy and vitality
❤️ Activates the nervous system, helping to release stored stress and tension
❤️ Encourages emotional release, allowing unprocessed feelings to surface and integrate
❤️ Shifts consciousness, promoting deep insights and heightened self-awareness.
Each session is tailored to your needs and may incorporate gentle guidance, affirmations, and sound healing to enhance your experience.
🌿 Emotional Well-being – Releases suppressed emotions, reduces anxiety and stress
🌿 Physical Health – Improves circulation, strengthens the immune system, supports detoxification
🌿 Mental Clarity – Enhances focus, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
🌿 Spiritual Connection – Deepens self-awareness, mindfulness, and connection to purpose
🌿 Trauma Release – Helps process & integrate past experiences stored in the body.
A breathwork session is a safe, supportive, and guided experience designed to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level. Each session follows a natural flow and allows space for personal transformation through breath. Sessions take around 2 hours and consist of:
✨ Setting an intention for your session, creating a clear focus for your breath journey
✨ A 45–60 minute breath journey, supported by music and optional bodywork to deepen the experience
✨ A gentle integration period, including reflection, grounding exercises, and space to process insights.
Every breath journey is unique—whether uplifting or deeply releasing, your breath will guideyou to what you need.
Breathwork is for anyone seeking to:
🔹 Manage stress and anxiety – releasing mental tension and finding inner calm
🔹 Process stored emotions or trauma – allowing the body to release what no longer serves you
🔹 Overcome creative or energetic blocks – unlocking inspiration and flow
🔹 Deepen self-discovery and inner peace – strengthening your connection to yourself and your purpose.
